ASG Business Center is one of our first investment projects in the real estate sector, located in Wólka Kosowska, a suburb of Warsaw, Poland. Built on a 10-hectare plot of land and officially opened in 2002, ASG is a modern business center with a total usable area of over 35,000 m². The center includes a product exhibition area, service offices, and over 300 retail spaces, fully meeting the needs for business and shopping.
In addition to this project, we have also invested in office buildings and rental hotels in various European countries and Vietnam, expanding our real estate portfolio to create sustainable value and long-term development. We also engage in property management, tenant search, maintenance, and quality control to ensure the maximum profitability of our rental assets.
